I’m Catherine Moore, a holistic health practitioner based in Guernsey, helping women improve their wellbeing through evidence-based and compassionate care. Originally from Ireland, I spent several years living in Dublin and Copenhagen before settling in Guernsey, where I’ve grown to love island life and its strong sense of community and wellbeing.
My background as a registered nurse gave me a deep understanding of how the body works and the importance of evidence-based care. But it was my own experience of chronic foot and back pain that truly shaped my purpose — showing me how deeply persistent pain can affect every aspect of life, from energy and sleep to mood, confidence, and motivation.
That experience inspired me to look beyond conventional medicine and embrace a more holistic approach to health and healing — one that considers the mind, body, and lifestyle together.
Through my training in Nutrition and Health Coaching, Reflexology, Reiki, and Counselling — and my background as a registered nurse — my approach is grounded, evidence-based, and deeply empathetic.
I blend science, lived experience, and compassion to help women understand their bodies, restore balance, and feel like themselves again — beyond the symptoms that have been holding them back.

3 month program. The Adrenal Rest program, my signature program, combines Reflexology, Reiki and Holistic health/Nutrition coaching to support stress recovery, hormone balance, energy restoration, chronic issues like pain, digestive issues, and sleep issues. Rooted in science and lived experience, its designed for women who are ready to break free from chronic health symptoms and feel well again.

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy that uses pressure points on the feet to stimulate reflexes connected to different organs or part of the body.
It supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself by helping to ease tension, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation and rest. While it does not diagnose or cure, it supports a wide range of health concerns.

Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that helps balance the body’s energy systems and support emotional and physical wellbeing. During a Reiki session energy is channelled through the practitioners’ hands to promote deep relaxation, release blockages and restore harmony.

This type of coaching focuses on sustainable lifestyle changes that support energy, hormones, digestion, and emotional wellbeing. Together we look at nutrition, sleep, stress levels, and daily habits- identifying practical steps that create lasting change. It is not a restrictive diet or advise giving. It is an integrative approach using evidence-based tools that have been proven to work.
That depends on your goals or individual health concerns. Many clients notice benefits after just one or two sessions, but deeper lasting changes often build over a course of 6-8 sessions. During your free initial health clarity call, we’ll create a plan that fits your needs and schedule or you can choose either of my bespoke programs.
Health and Nutrition Coaching and 1:1 Reflexology sessions are held in a peaceful, private space in St Peter Port, Guernsey. Sessions are also available online via Zoom for your convenience.
